‘In the final unfolding days,’ God says, ‘I will pour out my Spirit upon all people.(the anointing) In those days I will pour out my Spirit on those who are serving me

But you will receive power (the anointing) when the Holy Spirit comes on you; and you will be my witnesses in Jerusalem, and in all Judea and Samaria, and to the ends of the earth.”

My prayer is that understanding will flood your heart and that you will understand the hope that was given to you when God chose you. Then you will discover the glorious blessings that will be yours together with all of God’s people.  I want you to know about the great and mighty power that God has for us followers. It is the same wonderful power he used 20when he raised Christ from death and let him sit at his right side in heaven.

  • All those who were healed and set free received the anointing

enables  us  to rest in the assurance of our needs being met so we can step beyond our abilities  and move in the power of the Holy Spirit

The  Anointing

2 Cor 1:21-22

Now it is God who makes both us and you stand firm in Christ. He anointed us, set his seal of ownership on us, and put his Spirit in our hearts as a deposit, guaranteeing what is to come.

The purpose of  The Anointing

  • Increases of Faith
  • Increases Worship
  • Increases sensitivity to the Holy Spirit
  • Increases the release of Power (authority)
  • Removes Fear
  • Defeats the enemy
  • Confidence in our relationship with the Lord
  • Releases a Boldness in presenting the “Good News
  • Equips us for MINISTRY
  • Releases  the Gifts of the Holy Spirit
  • Releases a Confidence For the Future

  • Believe the Lord wants to release His anointing

  • Expect  the Lord to respond

Heb 11:6  anyone who comes to him must believe that he exists and that he  is a rewarder of  those  who earnestly seek Him

James 5:14-15  Is any one in need? He should call the elders of the church to pray over him and anoint him with oil in the name of the Lord. And the prayer offered in faith will release God’s provision.
