- But YOU will receive power (the anointing) when the Holy Spirit comes on you; and you will be my witnesses in Jerusalem, and in all Judea and Samaria, and to the ends of the earth.“
- The Lord has completed it!” David exclaimed. “He broke through.. So he named it Jerhovaha-perazim (which means “the Lord of the Breakthrough”)

Word of the Lord for 2019
“In this is a year I will show my power to my church. In this season I will release my anointing upon ministry to display my victory over the powers of the enemy. The enemy has amassed his forces but I will release my power in the areas that have been hindering you. I will release your breakthrough. This is a year of battle but it will be a year of victory to those who are steadfast, they will see my provision at every turn.”

2019 The Year of ….
Possessing Your Breakthrough
I want us to begin 2019
on a journey of equipping you and your ministry
“POSSESSING A BREAKTHROUGH MINDSET” (Spirit Led)
“You’ll never see Breakthrough unless you believe (THINK) for Breakthrough”
- Prov 23: 7 For as a man THINKS in his heart, so is he.
- Rom 8:14 For all who are led by the Spirit of God are children of God.
- Matt 21: 22 If you believe, you will receive whatever you ask for in prayer.”
- Phil 4:8-9 Finally, brothers, whatever is true, whatever is noble, whatever is right, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is admirable — if anything is excellent or praiseworthy — THINK about such things.
How many want to see Breakthrough in your personal life and ministry to others?
The Breakthrough Mindset is to move beyond the areas that have–
- Limited you
- Caused you to be discouraged
- Robbed your faith
- Tempted you to “give up/resign”
The Lord says NO
“I am the Lord of your Breakthrough in 2019”
How many know Not all areas of challenges/barriers/mindsets are from the enemy?
Examples of barriers in Scripture
- Abraham- age
- Joseph- brothers came against him for his dream
- Moses – Wilderness (Red Sea/Jordan River)
- Promised land – Giants in the land
- David – Saul/ Goliath/ Philistines
- Jesus – Pharisees and Sadducees
- Early Christians – persecution
I want to begin
by saying
“”The challenges you went through in 2018 were to equip you for 2019”
Those challenges (if you understand God’s plan)
- Cause us to become stronger
- Build commitment and determination
- Cause faith to grow
- Cause dependency in the Lord
- Reveal our authority
- Teach us warfare
- Where God’s provision is released
- Reveal God’s love and commitment
How to receive Breakthrough in 2019 (Introduction)
- Don’t limit God
If you will not limit God’s plans for you
Stop His working in your life
Zech 4:6
‘Not by might nor by power, but by my Spirit,’ says the Lord Almighty.

For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the Lord, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.

You must understand that you are not limited by
who you are or what you have

- Allow the Lord to use you

Then the Christians went everywhere, and the Lord worked through them. Their life was filled with miracles (breakthrough) proving that their message (Jesus is Lord) was true
