Breakthrough to Freedom Pt.2

‘In the last days,’ God says, ‘I will pour out my Spirit upon all people.(the anointing) In those days I will pour out my Spirit on those who are serving me

I pray also that you will have greater understanding in your heart so you will know the hope to which he has called us and that you will know how rich and glorious are the blessings God has

 promised his holy people.

It is for FREEDOM that Christ has set us free.

Throughout this year remember… “It’s all about the spiritual”

We first breakthrough in the spiritual real

the Lord can change things

In your life and others

The key to Victory (Breakthrough) for the Christian is

“Be filled with the Spirit”

The essential to all the Lord has in every area of our lives

We started with VICTORY

Romans 8:37 In all things in life, overwhelming victory is ours through Christ, who loved us .

The Lord wants his people living in Victory

Not manipulated by the circumstances of life

Not being controlled by fear or worry about the future

But by being able to rest in HIM

THAT’S WHO A SPIRIT FILLED CHRISTIAN IS!

In order to receive Breakthrough
you have to..

Live in God’s Freedom

Freedom

John 8:36 So if the Son sets you free, you will be free indeed.

John 8:32 Then you will know the truth, and the truth will set you free.”

John 14:19-20 Because I live, you also will live.

John 10:10 The thief comes only to steal and kill and destroy; I have come that they may live in the overcoming (Breakthrough) life

Let’s look at what the Word says about FREEDOM- FROM-TO

We looked at:

Our freedoms in Jesus

  • Freedom from failure

I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me (Philip 4:13)

  • Freedom from lack:

My God shall supply all my needs according to His wealth (Philip 4:19)

  • Freedom from weakness:

For the Lord is my strength (Ps. 118:14)

  • Freedom from sin:

The blood of Jesus cleanses me from sin (1 Jn 1:7)

  • Freedom from fear:

For the Lord has given me the Spirit of power, love and a sound mind (2 Tm 1:7)

  • Freedom from worry:

I cast all my cares upon Him. I do not worry (1Peter 5:7)

  • Freedom from defeat:

Thanks be to God who always cause me to triumph (2 Cor 2:14)

  • Freedom from sickness:

By His stripes I am healed. (Is 53: 5)

  • Freedom from death:

He said “I am the resurrection and the life, he who believes in me will never die” (Jn 11:25)

  • Freedom over depression and discouragement

For I have the mind of Christ and I hold the thoughts and purposes of His Heart (1 Cor 2:16)

  • Freedom from the enemy’s attacks:

For the Lord has given me authority over the enemy and no weapon formed against me shall prosper ( Is. 54:17)

  • Freedom from captivity:

Where the Spirit of the Lord is there is liberty (2 Cor 3:17)

Today let’s look at

Living in God’s Freedom ..TO

  • Living in God’s Freedom
    Means to..

Live in His forgiveness

Removes Guilt

Failure

Underlines Approval of God (righteousness)

Col 1:13-14

For he has rescued us from the kingdom of darkness and

transferred us into the Kingdom of his dear Son,

who purchased our freedom and forgave our sins.

  • Live in His Grace

Speaks to His Spiritual blessings

Acceptance

Right standing in Christ

Rom 6:14 Sin is no longer your master (disqualifies you), for you no longer live under the requirements of the law. Instead, you live under the freedom of God’s grace.

Heb 4:16 Let us then approach the throne of grace with confidence (without doubt), so that we may receive mercy and find grace to help us in our time of need.

       to receive His favor.

Phil 4:19 And my God will meet all your needs according to the release of His Grace  in Christ Jesus.

3 John 2 Beloved, I pray that you may prosper in all things and be in health, just as your soul prosper

Ps 90:17 My favor of the Lord our God rest upon us; establish the work of our hands for us (blessings, gifts provision)

yes, establish the work of our hands.

  • Permission to Release Faith

We feel worthy because of Jesus

Receiving Grace- releases faith

His freedom empowers us to release faith

God answers faith

Heb 11:1 Now faith is being sure of what we hope for and certain of what we do not see.

  • Receive His healing and deliverance

Gal 5:1 It is for freedom that Christ has set us free. Stand firm, then, and do not let yourselves be burdened again by a yoke of bondage.

Is. 41:10 So do not fear, for I am with you; do not be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you and help you; I will uphold you with my righteous right hand.

Jer. 33:10 I will bring health and healing to it; I will heal my people and will let them enjoy abundant peace and security.”

Ps. 30:2 LORD my God, I called to you for help, and you healed me

Ps 34:4 I sought the Lord, and He heard me, And delivered me from all my fears.

Matt 16:19-20 I will give you the keys of the kingdom of heaven; whatever you bind on earth will be bound in heaven, and whatever you loose on earth will be loosed in heaven.”

Matt 10:1 He gave them authority to drive out evil spirits and to heal every disease and sickness.

  • The Word of Knowledge / The Word of Wisdom / The Gift of Prophecy
  • The Gift of Faith / The Gift of Healings / The Working of Miracles The Discerning of spirits /
  • The Gift of Tongues / The Interpretation of Tongues
  • Dan 11:32-33 the people that know their God shall be strong, and do exploits. And they that understand people shall teach many
  • 1 Tim 4:6 If you point these things out , you will be a good minister of Christ Jesus, brought up in the truths of the faith and of the good teaching that you have followed.
  • 1 Peter 4:10 God has given each of you a gift from his great variety of spiritual gifts. Use them well to serve one another.

  • Live in victory- on our way to Breakthrough
  • We live from victory not for victory
  • Rom 8:37
  • in all these things we are more than conquerors through him who loved us
  • John 16:33
  • I sharing these things with you , so that in me you can have peace. There are going to be challenges in this world that you face But take heart! I’ve gained VICTORY for you and you can LIVE in that victory.”

  • Live in victory- on our way to Breakthrough
