But YOU will receive power (the anointing) when the Holy Spirit comes on you; and you will be my witnesses in Jerusalem, and in all Judea and Samaria, and to the ends of the earth.”
Now to him who is able to do immeasurably more than all we ask or imagine, according to his power that is at work within us,
I tell you the truth, if you have faith as small as a mustard seed, you can say to this mountain, ‘Move from here to there’ and it will move. Nothing will be impossible for you.”

Many Christians have an understanding of 2 persons in the Trinity
God is:
- Father
- Almighty
Jesus is:
- Son of God
- Came to die for us
- Gave us eternal life
But Holy Spirit?
- The connection between us and God
- Allows us to move in the power of Jesus
- He’s “Jesus without boundaries”
Our focus has been on:
POWER GIFTS:
- Faith
- Healing
- Miracles
We looked at
- Moving in the Miraculous
- Gift of Faith
We continuing in our study of the
Power Gifts
The Gift of Healing
Areas of Healing
- Physical
- Mental/Emotional
- Relationships (marriages, families, friendships)
- Spiritual (results of enemy’s involvement)
- Not restricted to humans
I asked
- Has anyone been healed by the Lord?
- Anyone need healing?
- Anyone who knows someone who needs healing?
Definition of the Gift of Healing
- The supernatural curing of injuries, handicaps and diseases, emotional, physical and spiritual, most often without the aid of natural means or human skills.
- They are manifestations of the Holy Spirit working through human channels to the person in need
- They can happen instantly or unfold
- They reveal the heart and compassion of God.
We saw
The Lord’s first instruction to His disciples was “heal the sick”
Matt 10:5-8
These twelve Jesus sent out with the following instructions: … 7 As you go, preach this message: ‘The kingdom of heaven is near.’ 8 Heal the sick, raise the dead, cleanse those who have leprosy, drive out demons.
After His resurrection, there is no record of the Lord healing anyone
During the 40 days between resurrection and ascension His ministry was preparing His disciples to
continue His ministry.
Immediately after Pentecost we see believers
- healing the sick
- raising the dead
- casting out evil spirits

I want to continue to “stirring your faith”

Ask Holy Spirit to reveal any areas of blockage

Ask for fresh anointing of the Holy Spirit

Acts 4:31 After they prayed, the place where they were meeting was shaken. And they were all filled with the Holy Spirit and spoke the word of God boldly

Mark 16:20 And they went forth, and ministered everywhere, the Lord working with them, and confirming the word with signs following. Amen. o

Ps 119:90 Your word , O Lord, is eternal; it stands firm in the heavens.
Gal 6:9-10 . And let us not grow weary while doing good, for in due season we shall reap if we do not lose heart. 10 Therefore, as we have opportunity, let us do good to all, especially to those who are of the household of faith.
Phil 4:6-7 Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. 7 And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.
