Miracles Are for Today- To You and Through You

John 14:11-14

In the last days,’ God says, ‘I will pour out my Spirit upon all people.(the anointing) In those days I will pour out my Spirit on those who are serving me

But YOU will receive power (the anointing) when the Holy Spirit comes on you; and you will be my witnesses in Jerusalem, and in all Judea and Samaria, and to the ends of the earth.”

Believe me when I say that I am in the Father and the Father is in me; or at least believe on the evidence of the miracles themselves.  I tell you the truth, anyone who has faith in me will do what I have been doing. He will do even greater things than these, because I am going to the Father.  And I will do whatever you ask in my name, so that the Son may bring glory to the Father.  You may ask me for anything in my name, and I will do it

We are to be aware of the provision of the Holy Spirit which He has given

You’ve heard me say “Jesus didn’t come onto the scene in His ministry teaching He began by performing miracles”

Jesus passed on this part of His ministry to the Church through the Holy Spirit

And it’s called the “Gift of Miracles.”

This Gift is so important to flow through the Church for the next move of God.

I love teaching on this because I’ve seen countless miracles and I want you to know how to receive and release them.

Let’s look at this fascinating Gift that is available for us and your ministry.

Miracles are to be key and common release of the Gifts in your life.

They are essential to accomplishing your destiny.

They are to be requested and  expected both in your life and through your life.

Miracles will be the results of your partnering with God to establish His Kingdom on earth.

Miracle (definition)

• An unexplainable event that appears to by pass the laws of nature and so is held to be supernatural in origin or an act of God
• an occurrence above nature and man.
• The suspension or violation of the laws of nature
• A sign and wonder

We must believe that God will demonstrate His power in the situations we are believing Him for

How to be in the place where MIRACLES HAPPEN

Turn to someone and say

“It’s all about the spiritual”

When we bind the involvement of the enemy miracles are free to happen.

Matt 16:19  I will give you the keys of the kingdom of heaven; whatever you bind (forbid)

on earth will be bound in heaven, and whatever you loose (permit) on earth will be loosed in heaven.”

Luke 10:19 I have given you authority…to overcome all the power of the enemy; nothing will harm you.

And God confirms His Word by giving signs and wonders and various miracles and gifts of the Holy Spirit.

All things are possible with God.”

Let God’s desires be your main focus in life. Then all your needs will be taken care of by His miraculous provision

People ask 

Do miracles still happen?

• Do miracles come  from faith or fantasy?
• Are past  miracles just superstations?
• Are miracles just “quirks” of nature?
• Are miracles just for “special people”?
• Can we ask for miracles in our life?

People exclude themselves  from miracles

• Unrealistic (childish, immature)
• Feel unworthy
• Lack of faith
• Past let downs (afraid to hope)
• Loss of hope (gave up)
• Loss of relationship with the Lord
• Incorrect understanding of God ways

Results..

• “There’s no solution”
• “I don’t see how this could happen”
• “It’s impossible”
• “It will never work”
• “Things are too bad”
• “This is beyond fixing”
• “We might as well quit”

Word says..

Heb 13: 8 Jesus Christ is the same yesterday and today and forever

Do you need a Miracle?

A place of knowing that “my God will supply all my needs and the challenges I face are just the means through which His provision will unfold”.

How to stay/minister from the “miracle zone”

• Think victoriously  (spirit-not soul)

Not just positively

No doubt allowed

Temptation to give in

Rom 12:2 be transformed by the renewing of your mind. Then you will be able to test and approve what Gods will is-his good, pleasing and perfect will.

1 Cor 2:16 But we have the mind of Christ.

Prov. 23:7 for is a man thinks in his heart, so is he.

Matt 21:21-22 Jesus replied, “I tell you the truth, if you have faith and do not doubt, not only can you do what was done to the fig tree, but also you can say to this mountain, ‘Go, throw yourself into the sea,’ and it will be done. If you believe, you will receive whatever you ask for in prayer.”

1 Cor 10:13

No temptation has seized you except what is common to man. And God is faithful; he will not let you be tempted beyond what you can bear. But when you are tempted, he will also provide a way out so that you can stand up under it.
