We continue our study on  SPIRITUAL WARFARE

Ignorance Is Not Bliss
To Be Forewarned Is to Be Forearmed
Matt 13: 22
In the end time many ploys of the enemy will come to deceive. Even God’s people if that were possible
1 Peter 5:8-9
be vigilant; because your adversary the devil walks about like a roaring lion, seeking whom he may devour. Resist him, steadfast in the faith
Eph 6:10-11
Finally, be strong in the Lord and in his mighty power. 11 Put on the full armor of God so that you can take your stand against the devil’s schemes.
The Lord said 2016 – The Year of Grace and Mercy
In 2016 The bottom line is

GOD NEEDS YOU
Luke 21:28 “when these things begin to happen, stand with confidence. The time when God is going to move is near.”
In 2016
The Lord is preparing and equipping the church for  His Unfolding Plan for Revival.
“In the darkest days God will shine the brightest light.”

We’ve been looking at
Essentials for Your Ministry in 2016
I said as a Christian you have
a calling
a ministry
a destiny
your calling is connected to your ministry
your ministry is connected to your destiny
We’ve been observing in society today
• The Removal the “moral compass” in this nation
• The Reformulating the principles on which this nation was built
• The Cultural Restructuring- called tolerance

• The Redefining foundational structures such as the family, authority and religious freedom
Our Focus Has Been Dealing with the spirit of the enemy in our lives and others is called: SPIRITUAL WARFARE
Isa 59:19
When the enemy comes in like a flood, The Spirit of the Lord will lift up a standard against him.

We began our series
How To Deal With Spiritual Warfare
In Our Lives (Personal)
And
Others (Ministry)
Our weapons in SPIRITUAL WARFARE are:
NAME of Jesus
BLOOD of Jesus
WORD OF GOD
Last time we looked at
MOVING IN “SPIRITUAL WARFARE”-PERSONAL PROTECTION
(See message 5-22-16)
Our next area:
HOW TO STOP ROBBERY (IN OTHERS)
How to Move in Spiritual Warfare for Others a.k.a. – MINISTRY

Gaining Victory over the Enemy’s Attacks
The Title of This Message IS..

EXPOSING THE TACTICS OF THE ENEMY
Luke 4:16-21
He went to Nazareth, where he had been brought up, and on the Sabbath day he went into the synagogue, as was his custom. And he stood up to read. 17 The scroll of the prophet Isaiah was handed to him. Unrolling it, he found the place where it is written:
“The Spirit of the Lord is on me, because he has anointed me to preach good news to the poor.
He has sent me to proclaim freedom for the prisoners and recovery of sight for the blind,
to release the oppressed,
to proclaim the year of the Lord’s favor.”
Then he rolled up the scroll, gave it back to the attendant and sat down. The eyes of everyone in the synagogue were fastened on him, and he began by saying to them, “Today this scripture is fulfilled in your hearing.”
I will give you the keys of the kingdom of heaven; whatever you bind on earth will be bound in heaven, and whatever you loose on earth will be loosed in heaven.”
Let’s look at REASONS FOR SPIRITUAL ATTACKS
 Occult involvement (Ouija boards, fortunetelling, horoscopes, palm reading, etc.)
 Unforgiving spirit- holding on to past grievances.
 Disobedience to the Lord
 Dependence on outside sources (drugs, alcohol, etc)
 Incorrect relationships (family disorders, wrong contacts, sexual involvement )
SPIRITUAL ATTACKS THAT ARE  SIGNS OF ENEMY INVOLVEMENT
 Low self-image (unworthy, a failure, no good – a constant undermining of the self-identity.)
 Confusion in thinking-Denial of God (sometimes great difficulty in remembering things)
 Inability to believe (even when the person wants to)
What does the enemy’s attack look like ? What are the symptoms ?
 Incorrect evaluations- perceiving anger, hostility, in others when it doesn’t really exist – seeing only judgment in the scriptures
 Nightmares causing fear (often having demonic images)
 Controlling thoughts (suicidal, homicidal, self-abuse)
 Fear – panic attacks – phobias
 Anger – easily set off emotionally rage
 Constant guilt – self-condemnation,
 Depression and despondency (frequently continual despair)
 Drug, alcohol addictions
 Eating obsessions – bulimia addictions, anorexia
 Compulsive sexual thoughts ( pornography, adultery, fornication)
 Physical attacks — from headaches to cancer
But I’ve Got “Good News”
