‘In the last days,’ God says, ‘I will pour out my Spirit upon all people.(the anointing) In those days I will pour out my Spirit on those who are serving me

But YOU will receive power (the anointing) when the Holy Spirit comes on you; and you will be my witnesses in Jerusalem, and in all Judea and Samaria, and to the ends of the earth.“

When the Holy Spirit comes, he will guide you into all truth. … He will tell you about the future. He will bring me glory by telling you whatever he receives from me.

IN

Communion

3 Elements of Communion

  • BREAD-> Body of the Lord (PROVISION)-> Gifts of Healing/Miracles/Faith
  • CUP-> The Blood of Jesus (AUTHORITY)-> Gift of the Discerning of Spirits
  • WORD-> Word of God (POWER)->  Gifts of Prophesy/Tongues/ Interpretation

Let’s look at

Steps to Victory Moving in the Gifts of the Spirit In Communion

  • Appreciation
  • Neutralize the enemy
  • Put on the Armor of God
  • Declare your authority and victory through Christ
  • Declare your Testimony
  • Declare Victory by Faith

1Cor 11:23-26

For I received from the Lord what I also passed on to you: The Lord Jesus, on the night he was betrayed, took bread, and when he had given thanks, he broke it and said, “This is my body, which is for you; do this to remember me

.” In the same way, after supper he took the cup, saying, “This cup is the new covenant in my blood; do this, whenever you drink it, in remembrance of me.” For whenever you eat this bread and drink this cup, you proclaim the Lord’s death until he comes. (servers)

Step 1

Appreciation

  • Thanksgiving

Begin by thanking the Lord for his grace. All the blessings in your life

Ps 100:4-5 Enter his gates with thanksgiving and his courts with praise;

give thanks to him and praise his name. 5 For the Lord is good and his love endures forever;

  • Then Praise Him (who He is)

Ps 135:1 Praise the name of the Lord; praise him, you servants of the Lord,

Ps 103:2 2 Let all that I am praise the Lord; may I never forget the good things he does for me.

Step 2

Neutralize the enemy

Apply the Cup (Blood of Jesus)

The reason why so many Christians are coming under such heavy attacks from both demons and evil people in this world is because they do not have God’s full protection on them.

Eph 1:7 In Him we have redemption through His blood, the forgiveness of our trespasses, (freedom from the enemy’s attacks) according to the riches of His grace

Matt 26:28 for this is My blood of the covenant, which is poured out for many for forgiveness of sins (freedom from the enemy)

Step 3

Put on the Armor of God

Step 4

Declare your authority and victory through Christ

Confess – to agree

Isa 54:17 No weapon formed against you shall prosper

1 John 4:4-5 Greater is He who is in you than he who is in the world.

1 Cor 15:57 But thanks be to God! He gives us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ.

Step 5

Receive the Cup

Step 6

The Bread

Declare your Testimony- see Your Confessions of Faith

Rec. 12:11 They defeated the enemy by the blood of the Lamb and by the word of their testimony;

Bring your needs to the Lord (specific)
Share your heart with God

Declare the Word ( see Personal Confessions) against your needs

You don’t just visualize…

You need to verbalize

Step 7

Take the Bread

Steps 8

Declare Victory by Faith

“I receive answers to my prayers, and I walk in victory this day in Jesus” name.”

1 John 5:14-15

This is the confidence we have in approaching God: that if we ask anything according to his will, he hears us. 15 And if we know that he hears us — whatever we ask — we know that we have what we asked of him.

Rom 8:28

And we know that in all things God works for the good of those who love him, who have been called according to his purpose.

1 Cor 15:57

But thanks be to God! He gives us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ.
