Blessed is the nation whose God is the LORD, the people chosen as his inheritance
If then my people, upon whom my name has been pronounced, humble themselves and pray, and seek my face and turn from their evil ways, I will hear them from heaven and pardon their sins and heal their land.
But you are “a chosen race, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, a people of his own, so that you may announce the praises” of him who called you out of darkness into his wonderful light.
How our country was established…
The Peace Treaty of Paris 1763 ended the French Indian War
The Peace Treaty of Paris of 1783, negotiated between the United States and Great Britain, ended the revolutionary war and recognized American independence.
- America is a land of
- Liberty
- Freedom
- And
- Peace
How this was accomplished
- America’s roots are deeply planted in the spiritual legacy of those pilgrims and early forefathers who established this nation “under God”.
- They were, almost to a man, professing Christians who came to America in search of freedom.
- Christians wrote the Constitution.
- The idea that America would not be directed by the Word of God was not conceivable to those men.

They did not even feel it was necessary to mention the word Christian in the Constitution.
Today in 2016
We see…
- Removal the “moral compass” in this nation
- Reformulating the principles on which this nation was built
- Cultural Restructuring- called tolerance
- Redefining foundational structures such as the family, authority and religious freedoms
Many Americans are saying
- “It seems like things are out of control”
- “I don’t have confidence in our leaders”
- “Things are happening that I don’t believe in”
- “There’s so much strife and turmoil”
- “I don’t feel safe”
- “It seems we’ve lost our focus”
- “our freedom”
- “our peace”
The Answer…
“God bless America – America bless God”
John 16:33
I’m sharing these things with you , so that in ME you can have PEACE. There are going to be challenges in this world that you face But take heart! I’ve gained VICTORY for you and you can live in that PEACE.”

How do we LIVE in the Lord’s Peace in challenging tines
╬Don’t allow external circumstances to control you (news,events yield to whatever)
╬Don’t allow fear and worry to enter in (airplane)
╬Don’t allow your relationship with the Lord to be compromised (step out of safety)
╬Don’t move out of God’s will (settle for the “worlds peace.”)
╬Don’t allow your relationship with the Lord to become stagnant (Eph 5:18)
╬Don’t forget “WE WIN” (you win) (Conqueror)
╬Keep the “main thing” the “main thing.” (Lordship)
