And be sure of this: I am with you always, even to the end of the age.”
You are a chosen people. You are royal priests, a holy nation, God’s very own possession. As a result, you can show others the goodness of God, for he called you out of the darkness into his wonderful light.
You did not choose me, but I chose you and appointed you to go and bear fruit — fruit that will last. Then the Father will give you whatever you ask in my name.
Jesus summoned His disciples and gave them authority over unclean spirits, to cast them out, and to heal every kind of disease and every kind of sickness

My prayer is that understanding will flood your heart and that you will understand the hope that was given to you when God chose you. Then you will discover the glorious blessings that will be yours together with all of God’s people.
I want you to know about the great and mighty power that God has for us followers. It is the same wonderful power he used 20when he raised Christ from death and let him sit at his right side in heaven.

The enemy wants to neutralize your witness (general)
The Holy Spirit wants to maximize your witness
All Christians have been called to witness (be an example)

The enemy wants to rob our witness (politically correct, be sensitive to others views, politically correct)

Revealing the methods Of the Holy Spirit
The enemy wants to decrease your ministry (specific)
The Holy Spirit wants to increase your ministry
All Christians are to witness.. Spirit filled Christians know they have a ministry
Acts 1:8 Your will receive power after the Holy Spirit has infilled you (BHS)
The enemy must try to neutralize that power
Gifts of the Holy Spirit (ministry tools)- Gift of faith, gift of healing, working of miracles, discerning of spirits, prophecy, tongues, interpretation of tongues, word of knowledge, word of wisdom.
Our ministry is to function in the power and the authority of the Holy Spirit to advance the Kingdom of God
- Many Christians say “I know that I am to be a witness of Christ on earth.
- I know that the my relationship with God is for a purpose.
- I know that my destiny is related to my ministry.
- I desire to be used by God and to be led by the Holy Spirit
- I want to see my ministry for the Lord really help people
- I can see what the enemy is doing all around me
- I want to be effective and rerelease my ministry”
- but…
- How do I do it?
So many Christians fall into traps
So caught up in their own problems
“How can I minister to others, I have too many challenges of my own”
Not living in confident faith
“I don’t know if I can believe God to minister to others”
Inward looking not outward looking
“I know they’re hurting people but I have needs too”
Not living in the victory God has intended
“I need to be have my problems resolved before I can minister to others
Results -Allowing circumstances to dictate ministry ..
Results.. Ministry “Neutralized”
We begin our next series with these promises
